Introduction
Simple GA4 Analytics is a WordPress plugin developed by Slurpy Studios. It allows authorised WordPress users to view Google Analytics 4 (GA4) statistics directly within their WordPress dashboard.
This Privacy Policy explains how the plugin accesses, processes and stores information when connected to a Google Analytics account.
Information We Access
When a user connects Simple GA4 Analytics to their Google account, the plugin requests permission to access Google Analytics information.
Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:
- Google Analytics accounts and properties available to the connected user.
- Website visitor statistics, including users, sessions and page views.
- Traffic sources, geographical locations and device categories.
- Other aggregated website performance information available through the Google Analytics API.
The plugin does not require access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or other unrelated Google services.

Slurpy Studios does not operate a central database that collects Google Analytics reports from websites using the plugin.
Website administrators are responsible for maintaining the security of their WordPress installation, hosting environment and administrator accounts.
Data Sharing
Simple GA4 Analytics communicates with Google’s services to authenticate users and retrieve Google Analytics information.
The plugin does not sell Google user data or share retrieved analytics information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Analytics reports may be temporarily cached within WordPress to improve performance and reduce unnecessary API requests.
Users can disconnect the plugin from Google Analytics and revoke its access through their Google account.
Removing the plugin does not delete information already held by Google Analytics. That information remains subject to the website owner’s Google Analytics settings and Google’s applicable policies.
Google Analytics and Website Visitors
Simple GA4 Analytics is a reporting plugin. It does not independently install Google Analytics tracking code or place analytics cookies on website visitors’ devices.
Website owners remain responsible for their own Google Analytics implementation, cookie consent requirements and website privacy policies.
